Vicki here with Prickley Pear. It’s another week closer to spring and it’s time for rainy days and rainbows!

I love making and trading ATCs and Card gifts. This was an older background I made using an alcohol lift process and the colors were perfect for the set I had in mind for my youngest son who is joining the US Navy. All I did to highlight the background was use a few water color pencils to enhance a few of the colors.
