Hello crafters! In case you haven’t heard Pajama Crafter Stamps is now the home of Prickley Pear. We are officially kicking it off on Monday, but if you’re here today, now you know! Hello Lily is such a fun stamp because it will take you back to your younger years of playing with paper dolls. In my Facebook live, last week, I colored her with a fun green dress, but ultimately decided on animal print dress. You’ll have to check out the replay and let me know what outfit you like best!
As I mentioned I colored Hello Lily on a Facebook Live using one of my favorite Caucasian skin tones using Copics (E 55, 53, 51, 50) and experimented with a new Red hair tone combination (E 79, 18, 15, 07, YR 21). After coloring the image I cut her out using the coordinating die. Fpr the background I used mountain layering stencil from my stash and some of my favorite Distress and Distress Oxides inks. I think adding the hint of twine gave just the texture I was looking for. You’ll have to let me know if you would have used twine? To finish off the card I used Girl’s Bestfriend Rhinestone Mix from the shop. .
