Tea & Coffee

Hello everyone!  This time of year it’s so nice to be cozy with a

mug of tea and your bestie!  Today I’ll be using products from the

You’re My Cup of Tea Flash Cards

Tea & Coffee Time Stamp Set

Framed Nesting Tags Die Set

This card was a snap to put together!  Let me show you how I

made my card! I first foiled my Flash Card panel and an A2

size solid panel using a brown foil. These Flash Cards are toner reactive.

I placed cut pieces of the brown foil on the hearts and the words,

and teal foil on the mugs.

I die cut this panel with the largest tag die in the set and it

actually makes a narrow frame.  So, I die cut the toner card

with the brown foil on it and created a narrow frame.  I

ink blended the edges of the flash card with a teal ink   I chose teal

mirror card stock for the background of this project.

The coloring was minimal for this project – teal for the mugs, red

for the tea bag hearts, teal for the floating hearts and brown for the tea.

Hearts and tea are colored…so easy!

After coloring the tag, I stamped a sentiment from the Tea & Coffee Time

Stamp Set with dark brown ink.

Copic colors used: E15, E18, E47, R02, R05, R17, BG000, BG01, BG05, BG53

I adhered the mirror card stock to the base, then adhered my frame and my white

focal panel fit neatly inside the frame.  I added a bit of shimmer pen on the floating

hearts and the hearts on the mugs.  And I added some small brown gems.

And that finished my card!

This was a quick card because there wasn’t much coloring!  You can find

the products I used for this card and so much more right here!

Til next time…Betsy
