Hello and happy new year!
To start off 2021 I thought that I would create a nice bright card and I made a video of the process which can be found over on the Prickley Pear YouTube channel.

* I started by stamping 2 of the borders from the Zipper Card stamp set using clear ink and white embossing powder.
* Once this had all been heated I used distress inks in Mustard Seed, Worn Lipstick and Broken China, and after blending made sure to wipe any excess ink off of the embossing…
* Then I stamped out one of the hibiscus stamps from the Hibiscus 2 stamp set, along with a leaf and sentiment. These were stamped with archival black onto watercolour card.
* Once these were die cut with the Hibiscus die set, I used watercolour brush pens to add a rainbow effect then used a white paint pen for the highlights…
* Using black card for a contrast I die cut the Circle Peek A Boo die, then layered up the elements using glue gel…
