Hello there! Judy here today sharing a meaningful handmade card that combines beauty, hope, and encouragement. I used one of Pajama Crafter Stamps‘ new release stamp sets for this month, Awareness Stamps. This design features an awareness ribbon accented with colorful butterfly wings, creating a powerful symbol of strength.
Card Details
For the card base, I layered a deep purple cardstock with a black mat to frame the design and make it stand out. The background panel is embossed with a floral and swirl pattern, adding elegant texture without overwhelming the focal point.
The star of this card is the awareness ribbon with butterfly wings. Unfortunately there has been and still is a lot of cancer in my family. So for this card, I colored the awareness ribbon lavender, which stands for all cancers. And I colored the butterfly wings for representation of the different types of cancer in the family.
Below the ribbon, I added the stamped sentiment “Strength” in bold black. It perfectly ties in with the theme of the card and serves as a reminder of resilience and hope.
Handmade cards have the power to uplift, inspire, and comfort. This design is not only beautiful but also carries a heartfelt message of support. Sometimes a simple word—like strength—can mean the world to someone who needs it most.
