Hi lovelies!
Let me start by saying I KNOW!!! Its hard to think of Valentine’s when we’ve just hit December. BUT….this is a bunch of fun goodies worth checking out BECAUSE Christmas is coming! I know you all have a list to share with Santa – These cuties need to be on that list!
For the card I’m sharing with you today I played with a bunch of the newest Pajama Crafter Stamp goodies! I wanted to create a masculine vibe but still use all the “lovey-dovey” stuff…and while this card came out different than my usual style, I think it is definately the “purr-fect” Valentine for MY man! (see what I did there?)
I started by stamping and coloring these cute kitties from the Meowentine Stamp Set. I used my pencils this time to color my images. I wanted that soft, textured look to create a more fur-like appearance. I kept both my cats in the nuetral tones because I knew I wanted to used some greys and blacks in my finished card.
I used the Heart of Heart Stencil and ink blended my background in a soft grey color. I also added some black paint splatter. I then dug in my stash and die cut out some “alcoves” for my little kitties in order to create two mini scenes. A sentiment and some finishing touches and this card was DONE!

Well there you have it! A Valentine card in the middle of the Holiday season…now you know what to add to that list for Santa! And truly, as much as I love making Christmas cards it was nice to take a break and do something different.
