Today, I’m excited to share a card that highlights one of my favorite stamp sets from Pajama Crafter Stamps—the Food Coma Ready stamp set! It’s packed with adorable turkey-themed images that are perfect for the season. And those SENTIMENTS!!!!
A Crafty Challenge and a Dash of Nostalgia!
After a delightful day of crafting, I found myself with a wonderful stack of coordinating scraps—each piece like a little treasure waiting to be used! The only constraint? A black piece of my favorite BLACK cardstock from Pajama Crafter Stamps called COAL CARD 10 PACK. With creativity sparking, I turned to one of my childhood favorites for inspiration: Simon in the Land of Chalk Drawings. This charming British animated series from the 1970s whisked me away into a world where chalk art came vibrantly to life!
Much like Simon’s whimsical adventures, my card came together with a bit of imagination and playful design. I stamped the cheerful turkey image from the FOOD COMA READY set right onto that black cardstock. With a few scraps surrounding it, I added a touch of color here and there, and voilà! My Thanksgiving card was born.
