Good morning lovely peeps! Welcome back to another Tuesday blog share with me, Shilo.
Today I am sharing three cards created with the NEW Pajama Crafter Stamps Funny Bunnies stamp set. This set is adorable, punny, and versatile! I love stamp sets like this….where you can use them pretty much however you like or need!
OK…lets get to my cards!
This first card is a perfect example of that versatility! This cutie looked like he was jumping for JOY! So I wanted to make a celebration card with him. I paired him with the Dang, Whoa, Yikes! Dies and the Mix & Match Celebration Sentiments! To kick it up a notch and make my card even more festive…this bunny is on a Mini Wobbler so it looks like he really is jumping for JOY! To finish my card off I used the Opalescence Confetti…because what celebration is complete without confetti!?
For this next card I went for all the fun and punny. This bunny blowing a bubble with his gum is too cute!
I played off the “bubble” theme and used a bubble embossing folder from my stash and some pattern paper with circles. I stamped the sentiment on some pink vellum to reiterate the bubblegum. I also used a few circular embellishments, like my lace and sequins…just to really stay on that circle/bubble idea. I added some hearts from the Mi Amore Shaker Bits Embellishments as a last little finishing touch.
My third and final card today uses this sweet bunny with the glasses….he is probably my favorite in the stamp set (shhh….don’t tell the other bunnies).
I pulled out my paper from the Taupe Tiding Paper Pack and the Winter Parade Paper Pack because I liked the colors…A LOT! I love to mix & match collections and in this case it worked out wonderfully…that same warm grey is in both paper packs. AND just because its “Christmas” doesn’t matter…many double-sided pattern papers are like this…one side may be “themed” but the B-side is often just a coordinating pattern…a great way to get more mileage out of your paper. Anyways…after choosing these two papers I decided to color this bunny to match using my warm grey Copics. I paired him with a sentiment from the Mix & Match Celebration Sentiments stamp set, creating a “just because” card.
I love that the final photo is this silly and adorable little face looking at you! I hope he made you smile!?
