This week, I played along with Craft Roulette episode #304 challenge using the Happy Camper stamps and dies from Pajama Crafter Stamps for inspiration!

I started with a horizontal A2 card, cutting 1″ in from each side (only up to the fold) to create the drop-down effect. A strip of acetate across the bottom adds interest, paired with a vertical 1″ strip of Spring Plaid patterned paper. Once I affixed this, I add some foam to the back of the 1″ panels so when the card lays flat, you get the raised layer effect. Then, I add the bears to hang partly off the side panels and over on to the acetate, so they come off the card when you flip that panel.
The center panel features stenciled stars falling from the sky and a cozy campfire scene created with the Happy Camper stamps and dies. I trimmed the center panel slightly on the bottom so that when you stand the card up, it will give you some dimension when it moves. I finished the card off with a bold sentiment from the Dang,Whoa,Yikes! die set. This is such a versatile die – I grab for it often! The sentiment die and the stamped sentiment are attached to the side panels, so you have this really fun floating sentifment feature.
