This card was way too fun to make for National Chip & Dip Week! We’re celebrating National Chip and Dip Week (March 22–28) with the Pajama Crafter Stamps Design Team!
All week long the team has been sharing fun projects featuring chip and dip themed stamps, and this card was inspired by one of the best comfort foods — chips and dip!
Technique spotlight : Pattern mixing = instant personality boost!
I leaned into playful pattern paper mixing using the Spring Plaid Paper Pack on the chip bag—layering bold gingham with softer prints from my paper stash for a look that’s busy in the best way. The papers created the perfect backdrop for this punny little scene! Fancy Corners – Neutrals in white on opposite corners give dimension and draw your eye in to the adorable chip and dip.
The adorable images from Chip Chip Hooray were brought to life with alcohol markers (those chips have personality!), and I added the Dang, Whoa Yikes! die set for that oversized sentiment that really steals the show. A few pops of sparkle from the crystal rhinestone mix finish it off – because every good dip deserves a lit extra! And, well, I might have an addiction to card bling.
