Linda G made these fantastic cards using the Love You stamp set and coordinating die. Linda was really thinking out of the box turning the hearts into Shamrocks for the perfect St Patrick’s Day themed cards.
In Linda’s Words: Using my scraps! Today I made three cards using scraps and the Prickley Pear Love You Dies (PPRS-D275). To get started I searched through all my green patterned scraps. I cut them in varying widths and glued them to a white 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch card panel. I die cut the Love You out of the card panel. For the first card, I placed the die cut panel onto a card front, cut the Love You out of white card stock and pieced it into the onto the panel. I made the shamrock using a small heart die from my stash. The second card I used an embossing folder and embossed a white card panel. I adhered the Love You cut out of the first card onto the embossed panel and glued that to an A2 card front. I made the shamrock with 3 hearts and cut a stem like the first card. The third card I cut an A2 panel from a large scrap, embossed it and cut three hearts using the heart die from the Love You Die Set. I put them together to make a shamrock and cut a stem. I placed a small glitter heart in the middle. So easy and fun to make! HAPPY ST.PATRICK’S DAY!
