Hi crafters! It’s been a minute since I have checked in with you, so I thought I’d drop in with updates and a super cute card for the official last day of shark week. I used the What the Krill and Happy Flappy sets for this easel card. If you don’t know how to make an easel card, I invite you over to our YouTube Channel for a short tutorial.
In addition to these fun sets, I used the Stitched Scalloped Borders and blended Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink to create the sandy ocean floor. I found it so easy to blend the ocean floor using the Bitty Blending Brushes which are optimal for small areas too. I think the crisp embossed sentiment looks amazing on this card, and the Cottontail Embossing Tool aides in getting the perfect embossing. Please let me know what you think.
I mentioned we have a few things going on. Our Summer Blowout Sale Continues where you can find items up to 75% off. We are making room on our shelves for some amazing new releases and maybe an artist or two will be showcased. Stay tuned for that on August 16th. If you haven’t seen yet, we have added the Mini Maker Die cutting machine to our line up which happens to be 50% off MSRP! That’s a huge deal!!! Also Stampaway USA is coming up on August 2nd in Blue Ash, Ohio and we will be there with fun make and takes at our booth. Come say hi, if you are local!
