For my card today, I am doing a little more ink smooshing. This time I inked-up my long skinny acrylic block with several shades of blue Distress Oxides, misted it then “stamped” it onto some Strathmore watercolor paper. I think this technique is perfect for a cute “ocean” scene but what do you think?
For my main images I used the new Oh Whale Stamp Set from Pajama Crafter Stamps and for my sentiment I used the new Whale Wishes set. I colored my whales with Warm Gray Copics then added some dots for texture.
Thanks for Stopping by! I hope your are inspired to color – Joy is still doing a 30 days of coloring challenge this month and it is super fun to just color 5-10 minutes every day…
Hug,
Lyn

Hi Joy. That’s a great easy way to make the sea with the Distress Oxides on a block. I am going to try that. These friendly whales are just adorable.
