How to Make the Just Married Gift Card Holder
1. Create the Fun Fold Base
Start with a cardstock base and score it to create a fun fold that will hold the gift card securely. Cut and fold according to your preferred layout, making sure to leave a pocket or flap for the gift card. 4.25 x11in card base, scored at 4.25 and flip to other side and score at 2.5 inches.
2. Stencil the Full Moon Background
Using the Full Moon Stencil, softly blend white pigment ink and Lost Shadow Distress Oxide ink onto your background. This technique gives a beautiful, subtle moonlit effect—perfect for a romantic wedding theme!
3. Stamp & Color the Just Married Image
Stamp the Just Married design onto your cardstock and use Copic markers to bring it to life! Blend your colors smoothly to create depth and shading. You can also add highlights with a white gel pen for extra dimension.
4. Assemble & Add Final Touches
Attach your colored image onto the card base, making sure it aligns beautifully with the moonlit background. Add embellishments like sequins, ribbon, or metallic accents for an elegant touch. Finally, secure the pocket or slot for the gift card with strong adhesive.
