I always try to have a “Thinking of You” card on hand. How about you? They are appropriate for many occasions or no occasion at all. It’s nice to let someone know you are thinking of them for whatever reason.
It’s Judy V here with my most recent inspiration project for Pajama Crafter Stamps.

I am using the new Birds of a Feather Stamps for my Thinking of You Card.
Emboss Resist
When I saw the feather stamp in this set I thought it would be perfect for the emboss resist technique.
Stamp the feather stamp from the stamp set several times with Versamark ink on white card stock. Heat emboss with gold embossing powder.
Blend 3 shades of blue ink over the embossed feathers. My blending was really easy to do with Dye Ink Blending Solution.
Cut the embossed panel down to 3 x 6 1/4 inches.
Card Base
Score a piece of 10 x 6 1/2 inch piece of white card stock at 5 inches along the 10 inch side and fold to form a 5 x 6 1/2 inch card base.
Cut gold glitter card stock to 5 x 6 1/2 inches to cover the front of the card base.
A piece of dark teal card stock is cut to 4 3/4 x 6 1/4 inches. Mat the emboss resist panel with gold glitter card and added to the teal panel. Adhere a piece of ribbon to the left side. Add this piece to the card base.
Finishing
To complete I die cut the sentiment out of gold glitter card stock and adhered beneath the emboss resist panel. Adding a bow to the ribbon is the last step.

Thanks for taking a look at my Thinking of You Card project. I hope I have provided a little inspiration for you today!
