Hello! Michelle here with a fun feature that I am going to do occasionally; a clean and simple card and then another using similar supplies, but stepped up a bit! I’d love to hear which cards you prefer and why!
The images I used this week are from Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps: JJ0077 Nesting Finches and CC0069 Thinking of You.
This card uses the same main image, but I fussy cut the image and popped it up on foam tape. I also used hand embroidery and distressing on my card.
So, what do you think?! Which one catches your eye?

I prefer the stepped up card Michelle. They are both very pretty though. I guess it's just a matter of taste. Gorgeous image & great coloring too?

Both cards are pretty, but I prefer the stepped up card. I love layers and I love the way the background is offset. It provides a lot more visual interest. Interesting concept – to show two ways to do the same kind of card – I like it!
I have to say I like them both! I also think you are the queen of fussy cutting!

I looked at the first card and thought, "nice, I like it!" Then I saw the second card and thought, "WOW, I love it!" So I guess I like the little extras on the second card best!
Both nice but I think the second one is my favourite.
