Hi Everyone!
We have decided it would be fun to bring back our monthly sketch challenges. It is easy to play along. Simply make a card using at least one PPRS stamp or die product, post to your blog, and link to our blog through Mr. Linkey!
On the 1st of each month you will have the opportunity to win fabulous Prickley Pear products. Starting with this months, Fall Leaves Clear Stamps and Die set and the unmounted Leaf Pumpkin red rubber stamp! All featured on this card. Valued at over $25.00
All entries must be posted to your blogs and linked to Mr. Linkey on our blog by October 14th. One lucky winner will be chosen and announced by October 15. And the winning card will be featured on our blog as well as our Facebook!
This card was so simple to do, since we had a sketch to follow.
I stamped the pumpkin with VersaMark, then dusted with black embossing powder and heat set. I distressed the edges of my card stock with distress inks.
I then layered onto red, olive and a goldenrod card stock. Next I cut one mesh border, which I have been just dying to use since I got it (Cheery Lynn Designs, Gauze Border B305) and layered it onto brown card stock. I cut the Fall Leaves die shapes from red, goldenrod and olive card stocks. I then stamped (Fall Leaves Clear Stamp Set) using white pigment ink the details of the leaves.
I cut two scalloped circles, one olive, one goldenrod and layered together as shown. I then stamped the Oak leaf border from the Fall Circles Clear Stamp set.

I am SO excited! I started a blog I-don 't-know-how-many times & this was the inspiration for me to finally complete it (I had NO URL!!)! I had a lot of fun working with this template; as fall is my favorite time of year, this was a real joy for me. I especially love the pumpkin, probably because of all the swirls. Doing this every month will be fun! Thanks for the opportunity.
